With COVID-19 info saturating the news, I imagine most folks have been busy and/or distracted from planning for the Expo scheduled for October 3 & 4… which is now less than six months away. We don’t have a crystal ball that sees that far into the future, so the timeline for recovery (both medical and economic) is still highly variable.
That said, our planning group’s current assessment is to continue with our event plans, recognizing they may change in response to evolving conditions here in North Idaho. It is indeed possible the Panhandle Preparedness Expo may become an important event for autumn to help us continue and improve our preparation for whatever the Future has in store.
To remove some of the uncertainty, especially for our valued Vendors, we reiterate that vendors can sign up now and still get a 100% refund through July 31. And if conditions are still unsettled at that time, we will look at extending that deadline as well.
Bottom line: we all must still plan for the future, even in uncertain times. After all, that is what defines the concept of “preparedness”, right? 🙂
I am looking to purchase a self sufficient tiny house to move to Southern Portland OR Could you please let me know if there will be any vendors
At this time, no vendors that have this type of information, I’m sorry
