The Panhandle Preparedness Expo is held each fall, with the mission of promoting disaster awareness, emergency preparedness, and community resilience through education and outreach. Organized by Bonner County Emergency Management, this non-profit event brings together engaging speakers and hands-on demonstrations, offering our local community and visitors the opportunity to learn new skills and network with like-minded people.

In 2026, we’ll be celebrating our 11th anniversary and are looking to grow and broaden our event beyond just a regional show. To do this, we need your help. We want to reach out to key businesses and organizations in our area regarding a financial sponsorship opportunity that will enable us to bring in national speakers, expand our offerings, and increase our outreach throughout the region and beyond.

 

We have four levels of sponsorship to choose from:

Hoodoo $500

  • 2 weekend passes
  • Logo on website
  • ¼ page size ad in Expo program

Palouse $1,000

  • 2 weekend passes
  • 10×10 vendor space w/table and chairs
  • Logo on website
  • ¼ page size ad in Expo program

Wilderness $2,500

  • 4 weekend passes
  • 10×20 endcap vendor space inside or outside with table and chairs
  • “Sponsored by” on website & in print advertising
  • Logo on website, and most media and print advertising
  • ½ page size ad in Expo program
  • 2’ x 4’ sign “(Company or logo) Auditorium” over the entrance to the speakers’ room or other key facility

Panhandle $5,000

  • 8 weekend passes
  • 10×20 prime endcap vendor space inside or outside with table and chairs
  • “Sponsored by” on website & in print advertising
  • Logo on website, and most media and print advertising
  • 3’ x 5’ sign at the front of the event
  • Full page size ad in Expo program
  • Two seats at our dinner with celebrity guests
